Parental Release of Liability

Each of us hereby, individually, and jointly, releases the Miss Summertime Directors and Staff, facility, its officers, agents and/or employees from any and all liabilities. With the acceptance, of this form, the undersigned hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Miss Summertime Directors and Staff, facility, its officers, agents and/or employees from any liability in connection with the competition.

I, the undersigned, intending to be legally bound, do hereby, for myself, my heirs, my personal representatives and assigns, waive, release and forever discharge any and all rights and claims which may exist or may hereafter exist against any corporations, partnerships or individuals associated with the Miss Summertime Competition for any and all claims, injuries, or actions sustained, suffered or arising in connection with Miss Summertime.
