COVID-19 Precaution Acknowledgements:

I (we) acknowledge and agree to follow all outlined precautions and understand that failure to cooperate with these procedures by any twirling athlete and their accompanying parent will result in the athlete being disqualified from the competition with no refunds given and as a result, the athlete and parent will be asked to leave the facility. Please do not register if you do not agree to follow all procedures!

Parental/Coach Release of Liability

Each of us hereby, individually, and jointly, releases the CA Miss Majorette Directors and Staff, Citrus Hill High School, its officers, agents and/or employees from any and all liabilities. With the acceptance, of this form, the undersigned hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the CA Miss Majorette Directors and Staff, Citrus Hill High School, its officers, agents and/or employees from any liability in connection with the CA Miss Majorette Pageant.
I (we) also recognize that by entering in this competition I (we) am (are) assuming the risk involved with potential exposure to COVID-19. While the contest directors will uphold as many precautions as possible, I (we) understand that there is inherent risk with any activity that involves possible contact with other people.

I, the undersigned, intending to be legally bound, do hereby, for myself, my heirs, my personal representatives, and assigns, waive, release and forever discharge any and all rights and claims which may exist or may hereafter exist against any corporations, partnerships or individuals associated with the CA Miss Majorette Pageant for any and all claims, injuries, or actions sustained, suffered or arising in connection with this competition.

By signing this form, I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the CA Miss Majorette Directors and Staff, Citrus Hill High School, its officers, agents and/or employees from any liability in connection with the CA Miss Majorette Pageant.

By the submission of this entry form Contestant/Parent/Coach agree to not use the words “Miss Majorette” in any publicity involving any division other than Advanced (i.e., Beg/Int Pageant Winner).
