LIABILITY WAIVER

I, the undersigned, intending to be legally bound, do hereby, for myself, my heirs, my personal representatives and assigns, waive, release and forever discharge any and all rights and claims which may exist or may hereafter exist against any corporations, partnerships or individuals associated with the SCBBA Spring Contest for any and all claims, injuries, or actions sustained, suffered or arising in connection with SCBBA.
